Summer Workouts will start on Wednesday, June 3rd, for Football and Girls Basketball.  All other athletes/sports will start on Monday, June 8th. Workouts are Monday-Thursday and will have a combination of strength, speed, agility, and plyometrics throughout the week.  Athletes will meet in the PAC lobby at the start times for each workout before heading to the weight room, fieldhouse, or field for their workouts each day.  


8 am-9 am: Girls Basketball, Girls Soccer, Softball (grades 9-12)
9 am-11 am: Football (grades 9-12)
11 am-1230 pm: Boys Soccer, Volleyball, Girls Tennis, Golf, Middle School (all sports), and any winter/spring sports.
